I’m on a healthy lifestyle journey and I try by all means to create my snacks just cause I want to know the ingredients that are in what I eat especially when it comes to snacks.
Without saying much, here is the recipe:
- 2 bananas
- 250ml Flour
- 2 scoops of Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
- 2 scoops of Herbalife banana Cream Shake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla Essence
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Mix all the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately then mix them and add any toppings of your choice.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I should be nice a golden.
PS: I’m not a professional at baking, it’s just me looking for a way to find healthy snacking.
